Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently use forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems to move inventory.
- Inventory Management: Conduct cycle counts and maintain accurate records of stock using our Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with a focus on speed and accuracy to meet daily quotas.
- Load and Unload: Receive inbound shipments and load outbound trucks, ensuring proper weight distribution and secure strapping.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards to comply with OSHA safety regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required (we train the right candidates).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for long periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Documentation: Must be legally eligible to work in the United States and pass a background check.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and a strong work ethic.
- Basic Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to read safety labels and operational manuals.
