Responsibilities
- Unload and receive incoming shipments, verify inventory, and document discrepancies.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently to meet daily targets.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and responsibly.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet production goals.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required; training provided.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills and ability to read and understand order tickets and inventory lists.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus, but we offer certification opportunities.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
