Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Load/unload freight trucks with pallet jacks and forklifts
- Maintain organized inventory in warehouse racking systems
- Perform quality control checks on outgoing shipments
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and housekeeping standards
- Operate material handling equipment after proper training
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout shift
- Valid state ID and reliable transportation to Harbor Island
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Availability to work flexible shifts (early morning/late night)
- Must pass pre-employment background check
- Forklift certification a plus (training provided if needed)
