Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move stock and materials.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with accuracy and speed to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory counts, audits, and stock reconciliation to maintain accurate records.
- Shipping & Receiving: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage, verify quantities, and process paperwork.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe by adhering to all OSHA safety protocols and 5S standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and other associates to meet daily production targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Attention to Detail: Excellent organizational skills and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Certifications: Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
