Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks and trailers safely and efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against bills of lading to ensure accuracy.
- Organize and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records using RF scanners.
- Package and prepare goods for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with RF scanning equipment is a plus.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license (not always required, but a plus).
