Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage merchandise onto trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Sort, organize, and stock inventory items in designated warehouse zones.
- Prepare packages for shipping with accurate labeling, documentation, and weight verification.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory levels.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure data accuracy.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods (typically 8+ hours per shift).
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation to the Miami facility.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; high school students with work authorization considered.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow safety protocols strictly.
