Job Overview:
We are seeking individuals who are physically fit, detail-oriented, and ready to contribute to a high-performance warehouse environment. You will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely fulfillment of orders while maintaining a safe workspace.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Receive, verify, and organize incoming inventory with high accuracy.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping to meet strict deadlines.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track stock levels and shipments.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow during peak seasons.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods (8-10 hour shifts).
- Willingness to work in varying temperatures (hot/cold storage areas).
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
