Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders according to daily schedules
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with certification
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain 99.9% accuracy
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant work areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and equipment handling procedures
- Process returns and damaged goods according to company guidelines
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain one
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Reliable transportation to the Atlantic Ave facility
- Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings/weekends
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Pass background check and drug screening
