Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA certification
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain clean, organized workspaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Process returns and damaged goods according to company procedures
- Participate in physical inventory audits and cycle counts
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance record
- Flexibility to work overtime shifts (including weekends) as needed
