Responsibilities
- Load and unload materials and products from delivery vehicles, trailers, and pallets.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move heavy inventory efficiently.
- Pick and pack orders accurately to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Perform regular inventory counts and stock organization.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Assist in maintaining accurate paperwork and digital logs.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory and scanning.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (loading docks).
- Reliable transportation to the Jacksonville facility.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team.
