Responsibilities
- Load/unload shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual lifting
- Scan and organize inventory with RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA safety standards
- Assist with order picking, packing, and shipping operations
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn scanning systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid driver’s license preferred (for equipment operation)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Previous warehouse experience a plus but not required
