Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling
- Manage inventory with barcode scanning and stock rotation systems
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse areas following OSHA safety standards
- Process orders with accuracy and meet daily productivity targets
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and resolve operational issues
- Conduct quality checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Operate warehouse machinery (training provided) including electric pallet jacks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Valid driver's license preferred (forklift certification a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
