Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with strict safety compliance
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels
- Process incoming shipments, verify documentation, and organize storage areas
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and adhere to 5S standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Document work activities and report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with RF scanning technology
- Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality required
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and overtime
