Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse facility.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely and efficiently.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Organize inventory and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production quotas and goals.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills for inventory counting.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime.
- Valid driver's license is preferred.
