Responsibilities
- Packaging & Shipping: Prepare, package, and label merchandise for shipment accurately and efficiently.
- Inventory Control: Assist in receiving and stocking inventory, performing cycle counts to maintain accuracy.
- Material Handling: Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (certification provided) to move stock.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards before storage or dispatch.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and safe by adhering to OSHA standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and other associates to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
- Experience: No prior warehouse experience necessary; we train all new hires.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license preferred.
- Documentation: Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
