Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with 99.9% accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Load and unload trucks safely, adhering to all weight and safety guidelines.
- Assist in general warehouse maintenance and organization projects.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required for entry-level roles.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50-70 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for scanning, counting, and inventory management.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and overtime.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
