Responsibilities
- Picking & Packing: Efficiently select and pack orders using handheld scanners and RF devices.
- Inventory Control: Receive incoming stock, verify quantities, and ensure accurate placement in the warehouse.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant workspace at all times.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure proper packaging standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily shipping and receiving goals.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred (relevant experience is acceptable).
