What You'll Do:
- Operate material handling equipment (Forklift, Pallet Jack) safely and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with high accuracy and speed.
- Receive and inspect incoming stock to ensure inventory integrity.
- Organize warehouse aisles and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using proper lifting techniques.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) as required.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the facility.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Good manual dexterity and ability to stand/walk for long periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Valid driver's license (Class C) is a plus but not required.
