Responsibilities
- Execute daily picking, packing, and shipping of orders with a high degree of accuracy.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, following all safety protocols.
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory to maintain optimal warehouse organization.
- Load and unload freight trucks efficiently, ensuring proper weight distribution and safety.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in cycle counts and inventory audits as required by management.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8-10 hours) in a warehouse setting.
- Physical stamina to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Willingness and ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent schedule.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
