Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized stock in a climate-controlled facility
- Safely operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Inspect products for quality assurance and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace
- Process returns and restock merchandise in designated zones
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain company-provided training)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory tasks
- Reliable transportation to the 3rd Street warehouse location
- Pass background check and drug screening (pre-employment)
- Availability for early morning shifts (4:00 AM - 12:30 PM)
- Experience with WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan) a plus
