Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Picking and Packing: Accurately pick and pack customer orders to ensure 100% order accuracy and timely delivery.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and participate in regular cycle counts.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Operational Support: Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and scanners to track shipments and inventory levels.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow associates to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic with a history of good attendance.
- Math Skills: Basic math skills for scanning and inventory counts.
- Availability: Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends as needed.
- Experience: No experience necessary—we train motivated candidates on the job.
