Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to move materials within the warehouse.
- Picking & Packing: Execute daily receiving, picking, packing, and shipping orders with high accuracy and speed.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, verify stock against purchase orders, and assist in cycle counting.
- Load & Unload: Perform loading and unloading of freight trucks, ensuring cargo is secured properly.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets quality standards before shipment.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Background Check: Candidates must be open to a background check process; waivers are available for immediate direct hires.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not strictly required (we train the right attitude).
- Math Skills: Basic math skills required for inventory counting and order verification.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation to and from the facility in Baltimore, MD.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
