Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and transport materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Verify incoming stock for accuracy, count items, and organize warehouse inventory efficiently.
- Packaging & Shipping: Package, label, and prepare goods for shipment, ensuring all documentation is complete.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area by sweeping, mopping, and adhering to safety protocols.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with precision and speed.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse machinery and equipment in strict accordance with safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in inventory counts and order fulfillment.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends as needed.
- Background Check: Candidates eligible for immediate start (simple background check required).
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; on-the-job training provided.
