Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using handheld scanners
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock counts and cycle counts
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with safety protocols
- Optimize workflow efficiency in fast-paced, temperature-controlled zones
- Adhere to OSHA standards and Amazon's 14 leadership principles
- Collaborate in cross-functional teams to meet daily performance metrics
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy for scanning systems
- Valid government-issued ID and right to work in the US
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays during peak seasons
