Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move refrigerated products efficiently
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using warehouse management systems
- Monitor and document temperature-controlled storage conditions
- Inspect products for quality compliance and report discrepancies
- Adhere to strict safety protocols in cold environments (32°F-40°F)
- Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse operations
- Sanitize and maintain equipment and storage areas
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or cold storage experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work in sub-freezing temperatures for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
