Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and process incoming shipments with inventory management systems
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with zero-error precision
- Maintain organized inventory using RF scanners and warehouse management software
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and responsibly
- Uphold strict safety protocols and maintain clean, compliant workspaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Conduct cycle counts and support inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Proficient with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all tasks
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends as needed
