Responsibilities
- Execute daily picking, packing, and shipping of orders with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in compliance with safety regulations.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and stock checks to maintain accurate records.
- Ensure the warehouse environment remains organized, clean, and safe at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve logistical challenges.
- Inspect goods for damage during receiving and shipping processes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse or logistics setting preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management software.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
