Job Summary
The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products within the warehouse. You will ensure the warehouse remains organized and safe while meeting daily production targets.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently using warehouse management systems.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners safely and in compliance with safety protocols.
- Perform regular cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain stock accuracy.
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage and ensure proper labeling and documentation.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve operational issues.
- Load and unload trucks utilizing appropriate handling equipment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred, but on-the-job training is provided for qualified candidates.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
