Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, sort, and package inventory in a climate-controlled facility
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with training) to move materials
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation using RF scanners
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Perform routine warehouse maintenance and organization tasks
- Assist with loading/unloading shipments using proper material handling techniques
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
