Responsibilities
- Load, unload, pick, pack, and scan products accurately using warehouse management systems.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, after proper certification.
- Organize inventory and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area (5S standards).
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment and shipping.
- Conduct daily quality checks on incoming and outgoing stock to minimize errors.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and perform repetitive tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
