Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and organize stock to maintain optimal warehouse flow.
- Package, label, and prepare goods for domestic and international shipping.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and safety targets.
- Operate scanning equipment to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
- Assist in receiving and inspecting incoming shipments for damage or discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under time pressure.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
