Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight to and from trailers and storage areas using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Verify and count incoming merchandise against records, and report discrepancies.
- Package and label products for shipment, ensuring all safety standards are met.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Operate handheld scanners (RF Guns) to update inventory systems accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet daily targets.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Willingness to work in various temperature conditions (climate-controlled warehouse).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Must be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
