As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of materials within our state-of-the-art warehouse facility. We are looking for dedicated individuals who want to build a career in the supply chain industry.
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to all OSHA safety guidelines.
- Load and unload trailers and containers, ensuring accurate inventory counts and proper stacking.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections to ensure machinery is in safe working order.
- Organize warehouse stock and maintain a clean, orderly workspace.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed, including packing and labeling.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to obtain a forklift certification (we provide training for the right candidates).
- Basic reading and comprehension skills for reading pick tickets and labels.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screening.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
