Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and label orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and manage incoming shipments.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals.
- Loading & Unloading: Load and unload trucks efficiently using proper lifting techniques.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred but not required).
- Experience: No prior warehouse experience is necessary; we provide training.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Skills: Basic math skills and the ability to read labels and pick tickets.
- License: Valid driver’s license is a plus.
- Attitude: Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
