Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Package and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and meeting quality standards.
- Organize warehouse inventory and maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues to management.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and safety goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work in varying weather conditions (loading dock area).
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
