Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, sort, and stage products accurately using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and verify orders against shipping documents with high precision.
- Inventory Control: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and conducting cycle counts.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks on warehouse equipment and report any malfunctions.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and keep the workspace clean and organized.
- Shipping & Receiving: Manage the receiving dock, inspecting incoming shipments for damage or discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to read labels and shipping documents.
- Attitude: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.
