Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Inventory Management: Receive and inspect inbound shipments, verifying quantities and quality against packing lists.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems as required by shift.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with OSHA standards.
- System Accuracy: Use handheld RF scanners to update inventory systems in real-time.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other departments to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; on-the-job training provided for entry-level candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable form of transportation.
- Background: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Attitude: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
