Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently to ensure timely delivery.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, inspecting, and verifying incoming stock against purchase orders.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment including pallet jacks, forklifts (after certification), and hand trucks.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and safe by following standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Quality Control: Perform routine quality checks to ensure product integrity and customer satisfaction.
- Documentation: Accurately complete necessary paperwork and logs for daily operations.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates with no prior experience.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Work Ethic: Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and a commitment to safety.
- Availability: Must be willing to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.
