Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records by conducting regular stock counts and organizing warehouse aisles.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (after certification), and conveyor systems as required.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects or damage before processing them to maintain high quality standards.
- Loading & Unloading: Load and unload trucks safely, following proper lifting techniques and safety protocols.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a hazard-free workspace.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; equivalent work experience accepted.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must have a consistent work history and reliable transportation to the Miami facility.
- Background Check: Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screening.
- Communication: Basic verbal communication skills and willingness to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts including weekends and holidays as needed.
