Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with speed and accuracy using handheld scanners.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in compliance with safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies immediately.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently to ensure timely distribution.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse management software.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in various weather conditions (if applicable to dock operations).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime.
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required for entry-level positions.
