Responsibilities
- Perform order picking, packing, and shipping operations efficiently and accurately.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, following all safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Unload delivery trucks and inspect incoming shipments for damage or discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and safety goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for scanning barcodes and handling inventory counts.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Valid driver's license (preferred but not always required for internal roles).
- Forklift certification (a plus, but training available).
