Responsibilities
- Picking and Packing: Accurately select and package products to meet shipping deadlines and customer orders.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels and performing cycle counts.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (training provided), and conveyor systems.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect incoming goods for damage and ensure proper labeling.
- Load and Unload: Efficiently load and unload trucks using proper safety protocols.
- Site Maintenance: Keep the workspace clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and willing to work flexible shifts including weekends.
- Communication: Basic English skills for reading work orders and communicating with supervisors.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
- Attitude: A strong work ethic and willingness to learn new processes.
