Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with speed and accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment (hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts) safely.
- Conduct inventory counts and update stock levels in the system.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or errors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible shifts.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
