As a Warehouse Associate, you will be the backbone of our operations, ensuring our clients receive their orders accurately and on time.
Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Machinery Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems (comprehensive training provided).
- Inventory Control: Conduct cycle counts and maintain accurate stock records in our WMS.
- Shipping & Receiving: Process inbound and outbound freight, verifying manifests and ensuring proper handling.
- Safety & Compliance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Team Support: Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily performance goals.
Qualifications
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for 8+ hours per shift.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Reliability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including overtime and weekends as needed.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Background: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
