Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and process incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision and efficiencyOperate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain organized inventory storage systems and cycle counts
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to stand/walk for 8-hour shifts
- Pass pre-employment background check
