Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick items from inventory and pack them for shipment to customers.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels and inventory counts.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a safe workspace.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse organized and tidy to facilitate efficient operations.
Qualifications
- Requirements: High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must be able to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours.
