As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in our supply chain. You will be responsible for ensuring our inventory is managed efficiently, orders are picked and packed accurately, and our facility operates safely at all times. Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with speed and accuracy.
- Conduct inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels in the warehouse system.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and adheres to safety protocols.
- Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and quality goals.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
