Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from storage areas using hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts.
- Pick and pack customer orders with high accuracy to meet daily productivity targets.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records in the system.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is organized, clean, and free of hazards.
- Operate scanning equipment (RF guns) to process incoming and outgoing shipments efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline warehouse operations.
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required; we are looking for motivated candidates ready to learn.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
