Responsibilities
- Pack & Ship: Efficiently pack, label, and prepare products for shipment to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Control: Assist in receiving and stocking inventory to maintain accurate stock levels and organization.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks (certification provided if needed).
- Quality Assurance: Inspect items for damage and ensure all packaging meets strict quality standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and warehouse housekeeping standards.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, stage, and verify orders for delivery drivers in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Experience: No prior warehouse experience required; we train the right candidates!
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work flexible shifts, including overtime.
- Background: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
