Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately fulfill customer orders in a timely manner using handheld scanners.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and assist in maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Forklift Operation: Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials around the facility.
- Material Handling: Load and unload trucks, ensuring cargo is secured and organized.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: No prior warehouse experience required; general labor experience is a plus.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime.
- Skills: Basic math skills and the ability to read labels and documents.
- Attitude: Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
